I've been a patient of Dr. Pearce and his staff since moving to Baldwinsville in 2010. I've had everything from routine cleanings to two crowns and have been very happy with the care they've provided. The staff is always cheerful, the office lovely, but best of all, Dr. Pearce has a great way about him that puts a nervous dental patient at ease. I'd recommend "Gentle Dentistry" to anyone who was looking for the most up-to- date care and procedures in dental work!

The whole staff works in sync to make sure you have the most comfortable experience. They are cheerful and always accomodating. This place is the best and I highly recommend If you have a fear of dentists you try this place, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Just had a tooth pulled and I had a great experience!!! Dr. Murphy was so gentle and made sure I wasn't in any pain. She's just like her father Dr Pearce, which too is always sure you're free of pain. Love the staff, always friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Pearce for a number of years and have always found the staff and Dr. Pearce to be caring and concerned about how I was doing. They take the time to explain what is happening so that you are not anxious. Dr. Pearce lives up to the name of his practice: gentile dentistry. I would definitely recommend them especially if someone is anxious about seeing a dentist.

Very comfortable office! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Every step of the appointment was explained In full so I could understand what was happening. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and never felt rushed. Before I left the office Pam explained to me what the immediate plan moving forward would be.

I would absolutely recommend this dentist to everyone! All the staff are extremely nice ans welcoming. Dr. Pearce goes above and beyond to make sure you are calm and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their patients. I accidentally left my headphones there at the office and they even mailed them to me! If you get anxious about the dentist, definitely go here!

Staff is excellent. I have been nervous about going to the dentist for years, afraid of the possibility of pain. I immediately felt comfortable here and haven’t missed an appointment since I started almost 2 years ago. Pam is my hygienist and she is fabulous. The Dr and the rest of the staff are kind and understanding as well. They never make me feel like a whimp or unreasonable for being nervous/ scared about getting work done. Excellent team. I highly recommend them, especially if you have any dental problems.

I chose to go to Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry based on the amazing reviews I read online and from the get go I really enjoyed the experience. From step one everyone seemed like I had their individual attention and you're not just another patient. I will give another review after I have been with them longer. So far so good! 10 out of 10

Dr Pearce is very professional and caring. He gives me options so I could make the best decision. I’ve been a patient for more than 15 years. I get compliments almost daily from strangers on how great my teeth look. The staff there are wonderful too. Donna takes care of my 6 month cleanings and she does a wonderful job. The atmosphere there is warm and friendly and they always have your best interest in mind.
