Meet The Team
From the moment you walk through our doors and are seated in the reception area, you will know that you are in the company of an exceptional dental team. Our receptionist will greet you personally, bringing you any necessary paperwork and offering you a refreshment to enjoy while you wait.
Our patient-centered philosophy is evident in each and every experience at Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry. The entire team has been trained to make your visit relaxing, enjoyable, and effective. From our reception area to our methods of combating dental phobia, we cater to your every need to ensure comfort and total satisfaction.
Julia — Certified Dental Assistant
Julia has been with the practice since 2014. She became a dental assistant because she enjoyed having a healthy smile and wanted to help others have the same. Her favorite experience at work is seeing someone’s confidence changed because of a treatment.
Amanda — Dental Assistant
Amanda joined the practice in the summer of 2012 and credits “divine intervention” with her choice to become a dental assistant. She loves forming relationships with patients and having the opportunity to learn every day.
Jodi — Treatment Coordinator
Jodi may have become our treatment coordinator in January of 2017, but she fell in love with the dental field 22 years ago when a dentist who just opened his practice took her under his wing and hired her. She gets great satisfaction from helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Pamela — Dental Hygienist
Pamela joined our team when she learned about Dr. Pearce’s reputation and experience in the dental field. She loves being able to share patients’ dental journeys with them from their very first appointment to their final day of treatment, especially when the treatment has transformed their smiles.
Sue — Financial Manager/Marketing Director
Sue started working in dentistry in 1989 in Maryland and began training as a dental assistant and continued assisting for 1 year. She then decided she wanted to learn the front office aspects and became the Business Coordinator for one of the owners/general dentist of the same practice where she continued to work for 4 years. After her son was born, she decided to work from home and was self employed for 13 years. Wanting to return to the work field, she went in a different direction. About 4 years ago, she was offered the opportunity to work for another dental provider and jumped at the chance. She had always loved dentistry, found the work exciting and certainly learned much. She has now been with Dr. Pearce and his team since August, 2019. After being away from dentistry for so long, she can see the changes and growth. Dr Pearce and his team have welcomed her into their family and continue to help her learn and grow with their practice. She looks forward to each and every day meeting new faces and becoming a valuable part of this incredible team.
