Meet The Team

From the moment you walk through our doors and are seated in the reception area, you will know that you are in the company of an exceptional dental team. Our receptionist will greet you personally, bringing you any necessary paperwork and offering you a refreshment to enjoy while you wait.

Our patient-centered philosophy is evident in each and every experience at Baldwinsville Gentle Dentistry. The entire team has been trained to make your visit relaxing, enjoyable, and effective. From our reception area to our methods of combating dental phobia, we cater to your every need to ensure comfort and total satisfaction.

Christina — Certified Dental Assistant

Christina has been with the practice since 2018. Her favorite part about being a dental assistant is seeing patients lives change when they get the smile they have always wanted. Christina’s advice to her patients is always remember that there are options to change your smile.

jodi

Jodi — Treatment Coordinator

Jodi may have become our treatment coordinator in January of 2017, but she fell in love with the dental field 22 years ago when a dentist who just opened his practice took her under his wing and hired her. She gets great satisfaction from helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.

Sara — Financial Manager

While Sara really loves her numbers and spreadsheets, she also looks forward to having the opportunity to interact with and build relationships with patients everyday. This position gives her the opportunity to do both while working with an amazing team of professionals working towards a shared goal of healthy and happy smiles! She loves seeing how happy and relieved a patient is once they realize they have options available to achieve the smile they have always wanted.  When Sara is not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with her husband and their 3 girls.

Shannon — Dental Hygienist

Shannon grew up in Syracuse, NY and attended Onondaga Community College to become a Dental Hygienist. She loves that this position allows her to establish a friend/family relationship with her patients built on trust, professionalism, and talent. As soon as you sit on her chair, you are family. Her advice to her patients is to protect your investment (yourself). We all are all here until we are gone, so take care of your body, teeth, and soul, and do what makes you happy.
